i cant remember who the artist are but alot of them were off of here so type in like hair brush tool, syringe brush tool, all that stuff

wow, yknow, i think the effect would be more traditonal if you drew on assasitate and photocopied it over the photograph. the textures the photocopy machine would look awsom on a greatscale version
