I'm not homosexual or bi, but i still get offended when people discriminate against people who are.
To me, this picture shows that homosexuals in our society are silenced/put down/not allowed an opinion, and are given a label.

I am curious, why are there so many pictures like this: a picture of a shirtless, attractive teenage boy, with a "label" somewhere to "show" that there's so much hate against homosexuals? Why can't people realize that there are so many more people, like myself, who just disagree with things like homosexual behavior, instead of REAL hate that everyone seems to portray as abundant?

Perhaps you disagree with 'things like homosexual behavior' in a peaceful way, but that doesn't change the abundance of 'REAL hate.' Children are kicked out of their homes, hear death threats in school, and struggle with a society that does not accept them- that is hatred and intolerance, and artists are trying to make a statement on it. Even 'disagreeing' in a passive, nonviolent way renders society prejudiced and unequal, a status that many people are trying to change and draw attention to through art.

I have a high interest in homosexual art. However I am more of a writer on the subject. I will probably start just promoting homosexual art I like. Great work.

Very nice
The label: It is very noticeable and seems to have been placed in an inappropriate place, where someone would not like it. In this case it is the mouth. This signifies that society sometimes limits people to their rights that they should have, just because of their sexual orientation/preference. This also relates to how homosexuals are viewed as sinful or inferior by some, and so do not have the right to speak out in particular.
Oh mah gawd, I've gotten into the habit of stating my interpretation of things in this style - we do it at school at the minute. Sorry~

love it. i can understand someone not feeling comfortable around a gay person or someone who isnt straight (im not straight). But to go out of your way to hurt them is terrible.
