I like the innocence in her face. I find the lighting effect is kind of interesting. It illuminates her adding to the warm feeling of the picture yet the angle it appears to be coming from creates something of an over shadow effect (referring to the shadows in the corners).
Really the only thing I would do is fix the blurred shadow thing under the bottom left (her right) part of her bra. Also I find it a little hard to see her right eye because of the shadow effect.
Of course I am probably just nit picking.

Overall this is a very well done portrait.
