How'd you get the heart effect in there?

I explained it in my Vanil beach piece :3 open the hats menu and turn on the hair bow, then next to it change the number to one of the hearts (20 or 21), then just put it where you need/want it by using the sliders

I just copy and paste the images into paint, then I use the square/box shape (which can be made with the line tool also) to form them.
