Day 2: Least favorite Pokemon.It was really hard to decide on which of the Pikachu ripoffs I would be using for this one. Pachirisu, Plusle, Minun and Emolga have a special place in my heart as some of the ONLY pokemon designs I hate looking at, but I think Emolga takes the cake just because of how annoying it is in game.
Also it, like everything else it seems, can learn toxic, which brings a slightly horrifying image to mind.

For me it's the reverse. I like all of them except Pikachu. I personally think he's overrated, and so what if the others are all based on him? The movie Babe came after Gordy, but the rip-off was better than the original.

Not all, but pretty darn close to, yeah. There are six Pokemon who can use TMs that can't learn Toxic, and a few that can't use TMs or learn Toxic at all (like Unown). I guess I was just confused as to why it was a big deal here, but I guess the point was to make it look gross. xD

Awe... I'm actually quite fond of Emolga, personally, as well as Plusle and Minun. Pachurisu, however... Arceus, do I HATE Pachurisu, as well as about 80% of the other Sinnoh Pokemon...
Anyway... uh... interesting drawing. I feel kinda bad for the poor Emolga, though...

As for ingame, meh, I onehit KO'd Elesa's so they weren't all that bad.
And I've never run into a wild one even though I'm on the national dex

Yeah I think they only appear in the shaking grass so they aren't too common. I just have bad luck with running into them and getting static'd while trying to audino grind, haha.

I like them. In fact, there one of my favorites. Everytime I see a new pokemon region. For the last two
riogens (blech) the first pokemon card I saw was the squrrel pokemenz. Also, so do I.

I actually like the Pikachu line, Raichu especially is pretty powerful. I ended up using one usually when I played the original games or firered/leafgreen.
The ripoffs are just really annoying to me because they are pretty uncreative for the most part, most of them are terrible stat/move-wise, and they don't even evolve. Seems like they are just trying to make them look like Pikachu to play off of it's popularity or something.
Also, I lol'd at that comic. Jigglypuff is now even more terrifying than it already was.

I think Raichu is even outclassed in its own generation.Any other Electric-type in FR/LG could do better than it.
Them ripoffs...90% of them have the same movepool.Thunder Wave&Double Team pisses me off.And their fanbrats spam on certain groups in dA.

That's true actually, I just remembered that (in HG/SS at least) Magneton especially is kind of a superboss. I never really used an electrode or electabuzz though, and I tend to stay away from the eevees so no jolteon.
And yeah, I am sure everyone has horror stories of double teaming thunderwaving pikathing nonsense. The worst part about them though might be static, that's why I started hating emolga so much, haha. It would pop up all the time in shaking grass while I was trying to fight audinos, making me waste all my time fighting it and then running back to town to heal the inevitable paralysis. Soooo anoooyyyinnng.
