Description
Took a short break from another project and ended up doodling the very base concept of this thing. It's supposed to be a massive creature that normally lives in the sea, but emerges to devour flocks of birds alive and store massive amounts of them inside the flotation sack things on it's back/underside. There the birds fly up and push against the transparent skin of the sacks trying to escape which, in addition to the gasses the sacks are filled with, helps the thing stay afloat for a short time as it is actually very light. When the birds exhaust themselves and eventually expire, it returns to the sea and digests the remains.DUMB CONCEPT, but painting it was fun haha. Oh, and download it for the full size.
