I Think she is supposed to be Mike Debalfo's wife in a rabbit suit for a con exclusive print. But Zenescope comics uses Debalfo for a lot of covers and they have an Alice in Wonderland character as well as Alice's emo daughter Callie....so it's really up to you

Nice Job. Careful with the lens flares. They are a cool effect but people have overused them to a point where it's really really hard to use them well. You might try to overlap gradients on things like the floor. Try a dark front to back gradient to establish the depth and then use another gradient of a different shade to establish the shadows and the lighting. You've got some really good lighting going on the skin and some great depth to the hair, but the tone of the skin is just slightly off. Your using a really bright lighting so try a harder edge on the shadows, I know it's hard to use those hard edges, they still freak me out sometimes lol.
I've got a folder in my favorites you might like called "Useful Items" [link] that might come in handy. This brush set [link] is really helpful and this tutorial [link] [link] helped me a lot. I use the skin tone chart [link] every time I color. Imagine FX magazine is also a great resource because the magazine comes with a DVD full of demos, textures, workshops, and a bunch of free to use stuff. Plus the magazine is awesome and has some great tips and articles
