There are neighbors It is a small town of 3200, I am just lucky to have a flat with a shop that faces the mountains with nobody in front of my view . There is a Dr. office on the left and a commercial business in front of where I live. It takes five minutes and you are out of town We have one stoplight by the food store. Everything is more expensive because we are far away from the city... My favorite part! I am giving my neighbors xmas cards today, I have 20 of them made Maybe they will by some of my crap

That sounds so much friendlier than where I live!!!.......It used to be friendly ...but everyone seems frantic these days!!!Not much time to do friendly things.

They buy the canvas harvest bags because of all of the farms here are always growing something(many pot farms). I am lucky to live in a friendly small town, when living up in Portland the people there changed in the last 10 years for the worse. I moved here to get away from the BS and greed of the people there. Don't get me wrong, there were nice people in Portland but for the most part they were very concerned only about themselves and their phone texting *shakes head* never paying attention to anything else Maybe I live in the last place on earth that is not affected by all of the goofy goings on.

True!!!I've been watching some tv programmes where the tv crew go   to  out of the way places all over the world .Some seem too remote....Yours seems a nice alternative!!!
