info: Was part of a traveling caravan and taught martial arts under his mentor. When his caravan visited a village to trade items, Cell attacked and eradicated the villagers and its inhabitants all except one girl named Luka. Raion's mentor sacrificed his life in order for the two children to get away. Raion and Luka ran away to west city, where they walked up to the doors of Capsule corp. They asked for shelter and were taken in.
