Description
This is my picture of Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen from David Lynch's movie 'Dune'. I made it looking at image as reference.I adore Feyd, maybe it has something with that I love Sting

I really like the red overlay on your image. It's really fiery and warm. It is a little hard to make out you character. Other than that though, the colors are really fantastic!

I'll try and offer as constructive a comment I can here, though I can't say that I know much about the medium itself... It's also difficult to see because of the scratches and the slight blur? I'd imagine that was just through the uploading of this piece rather than the piece itself, if that makes sense.
Anyway, I really like the expression and the way you have drawn certain features like the lips... I feel the nose and eyes could do with a bit more work, perhaps, like more detail and so on? I'm not too sure how the eye to the right side of the face is slightly bigger and higher than the other, but that could just be me.
The hair is pretty cool... but also it feels like there is more on the right side than the left side. It gives us an interesting impression in that it feels as if he is slightly angled, if that makes sense? I guess my main issue with the hair isn't that there is more on the right side, because you kind of need that, but... yeah, I feel you could add a bit more shadow there? There is good depth with the hair everywhere else, but there is a lack of shading with the right side, so it feels like it's up in the air or something. Shading with the black, I mean, as the shading with the other colours is brilliant.
I feel you could have spent more time on the clothing, especially the collar... try and get that to be more symmetrical? The shading isn't too bad in the other places, though I feel the body could be 'tightened' as it is a bit rough at the moment. I'd imagine the lines to be outlined more firmly, and... yeah, for the lapels or the strips downwards to be more measured and regular. You could add more detail and line work to it as well, perhaps.
Other than that, it's an interesting piece! I like how the orange of his hair contrasts with the blue of his outfit and I think it's cool how you've captured his pose. Perhaps, if you were to redo this, you could draw more of his body, like... and yeah, make sure there is symmetry, regularity, and depth to the other areas too, such as the clothing and features. For the depth, more shading in black will do I think.
