Description Quick oil painting (yes, it is possible. Especially when it's a school assignment and you are too busy reading fanfictions to do any work so you finish it all in a matter of few hours - forget the recommended time for the drying of the oil. Warp speed it.) The colours are different in original, but my camera does strange things sometimes and I don't feel like fiddling with it at the moment.

I'm sure you could do that and even better, or it takes is patience.. and money for the colours.

Thank you! Your artwork lately amazes me as well, you got so good in such a short period of time, it's amazing.

THank you for noticing! Lost a lot of my regulars because of the improvements. I bought a new graphics tablet- one that actutaly responds to pressure. I also now wake up at 6am to study different areas of art before starting my day! It's hell but It's been great. Especially all the equipment upgrades

Wow, that's amazing, you're going to accomplish some great things if you'll keep this up! I was supposed to do step-by-step for you, but now it seems the reverse would be more beneficial !

I was better on paper with pencil for a long time, the transcation into digital art had been a slow one with the... well... lets say it wasn't a good tablet and a small monitor D:

Yeah, I can relate to that. Up until this week I worked on an old computer that you can't even buy anywhere anymore, it had only 20GB of space with both hardisks combined and extremely terrible graphic card and RAM. That meant I could only use a limited number of colours, small size of canvas and a few to none layers. But three days ago I bought a new laptop, which while being extremely slow (I sometimes wait a couple of minutes for a line to appear), it's SO much better, with all the layers, colours, everything.. my style didn't get better, but I can finally do more with it and it feels AMAZING. Technology is wonderful sometimes.

Yes I know exactly how you feel, but further too, the new PC I bought isn't the one I ordered, but I was desperate, so I took it. It's pretty bad. But! the 22"monitor makes me happy. I spent all my lifes savings on doing this all up.

Really, you bought a new one and it's still slow? Mmm. Too many background programs running?

Wow, 22", no that's something ! I think I can't even imagine that. It's good at least the monitor is amazing. I believe you'll be able to do amazing stuff with your computer, even if it's not the one you wanted .
Nah, it just has terrible RAM and processor, so it's slow. The graphic card is nothing much either - it rarely is in laptops. But I still love it, worth every penny.

^^ At the moment still doing various studies and requests. I havn't found the one style for me. Perhaps my style is to be mediocre at all styles? XD

Yeah I recently had my brother buy a laptop for gaming (he's a bed-potatoe) and it was difficult finding a high performance laptop, and it crashed the first day he used it. Good thing they have me

Ahahaha, I know that feeling . I don't really feel like myself at any style I've tried so far. All I know is manga is as far from the ideal as possible . Maybe our style is just.. not having a single style. But I heard it gets better with practice. I don't have the patience for practise though.
Yeah, notebooks are terrible :'D. All I had survived from 5 hours to 6 months, never more. I prefer normal PCs, but I needed my father to pay at least half of it and he's a notebook-maniac, so here I am.

I agree, manga/anime is not my prefered style either, mostly because I just don't like the response it gets. (I.e. Post tits, furries, ect and it's instant hit)

Exactly, sometimes doing something is not worth it only because of the audience.

Awesome! I love the lights. And you made fabric look like fabric, HOW DID YOU DO THAT

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

ChrisOSemrik In reply to SerceZGazety [2012-08-03 23:56:19 +0000 UTC]

Thank you! About the fabric.. it's very easy to do the flow with oil colours, they somehow naturally... I don't know, it's like.. ah.. they simply DO that . Really, try it sometime, I'm not good at explaining but it's easier than it looks . Also, I used fingers to paint it, which may have helped, but I'm not sure, I just didn't have any brush.
