Miramax is owned by Disney.
Miramax released Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill, Clerks, and others. Disney doesn't often take away creative control from the companies it owns. Even Pixar controls most of it's own productions.
Queseda has gone on record saying that it won't effect the comic books. (which makes sense, seeing as how all they do is lose money.)
The only difference you are probably going to see is that you will see a wider variety of products such as t-shirts, action figures, and other nick nacks distributed at a wider variety of places.
Also, Marvel might have more creative say on their movies. Iron Man was the only Marvel Movie that Marvel had full creative control, which is probably why it was so good. Expect more of that.
This deal will probably benefit both companies. Not kill one of them.

That's just a small fraction.
I'm just saying this because, as a big Marvel fan, I am excited for this. I don't believe we have anything to worry about.

In fact marvel should have more money but it is fun to look at the 'concerns' however if the court ruling stays that DC will no longer have the rights to superman, then could he end up joining marvel, sorry i mean 'Disney'?
