i thought that lockheed was originally the name of an airplane ? After googled it, i see that's the name of a company ?

see the X-men writers wanted to have a blackbird in the comics and Lockheed Martin (the company that makes the blackbird) said they could use one in the comics as long as they named a character after the company hinseforth Lockheed the dragon. And the Lockheed plant that makes the planes is about 30 min from my house
