It's a good chance Red She-Hulk is Betty Ross, but I have a feeling Red She-Hulk is someone else. Who this person is I do not know.

You also have to take in consideration that Jeph Loeb is writing the stroyline.He claims that we will know the identities of both Red Hulks.We've heard that before & still it's not funny.Loeb is good at throwing more bones after we finished with one.If Greg Pak was writing this storyline,then the identities would've been revealed a long time ago.
