Woo! Some more art!Trying my hand at some more water colours, pretty fun to mess around with a lesser used medium!

I really need to practice more with the watercolours, I really wasn't very adventurous with them here, also you can totally see the brush stokes xD

I really enjoyed using them i have to say, I actually borrowed my sisters professional set to play around with before I buy my own. They are great in the sense that it forces you to think about how colours are going to mix and how your brush technique is going to show in the finished product.
Personally I have always wanted to learn how to paint so I find them extremely entertaining to use, a little daunting but still very enjoyable. I grabbed a small windsor and newtown travel set (You can pick them up on amazon for like $7) which was a good inexpensive way to get a taste for them.
If you like the sound of it, I would highly recommend picking a small set up! They are great fun to play around with! It really lets you experiment with colours and saturation! Also, one thing I'm going to have to do is pick up a variety of brush sizes, I only have the one (bar the ones I borrowed from my sister).
