Oh and in case you did not know. She-Ra has 7 new episodes out now. Why they do not have all the episodes for season 2? I thought that was how stream services work?

Oh I saw the day it came out I was so excited for it!! And that's the entire season two, it was really only 7 episodes (don't know why they split that way). Third season is coming out in August 2.

Eh? That is not season 2. 7 Episodes does NOT MAKE A WHOLE SEASON! What the hell? There was not even that much development except for Catra & Shadow Weaver. She-Ra is STILL suffering from "beginner protagonist deasaise", Glimmer keeps hopping back and forth between impulsive moron to a decent character, Bow is starting to be his own person instead of a Sokka impersonator, I still find Mermista and Purfuma utterly annoying, and the complete out of nowhere new Frosta character that is a extreme stark contrast to the Frosta that was shown in season 1. How is it that since F***ING NOVEMBER have they ONLY MADE 7 GODDAMN EPISODES AND CALL IT A SEASON!!!! Don't any of these Netflix cartoons start pulling the absolute retarded mindset of the person in charge of Castlevainia! That is not how episodic series work!!! A whole season needs at least 12 to 30 episodes, each episode needs to be half an hour to a full hour of run time, each episode stretched out 1 week at a time, after about half way through cut for a hiatus, then come back and finish up with a big season finally. 4 Episodes is not a season. 7 Episodes is not a season. YOU. CAN NOT. MAKE. A. SEASON. OUT OF A WEEK.

Ok dude, really, where's the place saying that a season should always be around 20 episodes? Why a shorter season lowers the quality of the show?
The reason why many cartoons have around 26/13 episodes each season is because the network who broadcasts it orders a batch and that is a preset quantity.
Netflix clearly doesn't have that, the authors seem free to choose how many episodes each season has because they don't have the commitment with airing schedule and all (another example is Carmen Sandiego, the first season only has 9 episodes, not the usual 13/26). She-ra is not a show made to fit a TV schedule, they don't have reason to stretch for one week and cut for hiatus like you said, it's a show made to and by a streaming app, where most people just binge everything.
Since the beginning we knew She-ra has four seasons, they have their stuff planned and maybe they split there because it's was a nice place to halt the plot. Complaining that a season that is shorter is not a real season is like... Reading a book that has a chapter with 10 pages and other with 30 and saying the smaller one is not a real chapter.
She-Ra may not be the perfect show you're looking for, there's is no such thing that will please every single person on the planet, you're allowed to not like characters and want more development for others. Still, I believe what makes a show is definitely not the length of its seasons.
