Description
As the oldest of eight siblings it was difficult for Jomorn to keep his immediate family safe and fed; both parents were wanted by authorities all over the kingdom for crimes they never spoke of, but which the swore they were innocent of. They also never spoke of his ancestors, and when asked, they would change the subject. For ten people, a life of transience was harsh even at the best of times, often forced to live in caves or ramshackle tents in the forest eating what nature or thievery would provide. It wasn't until Jomorn started displaying strange talents at the age of fifteen that the full truth of his heritage came out. Eventually fate caught up with the family- parents were hauled into a dungeon, and of the siblings Jomorn had no idea- a clerk working for a local wizard helped move him from the dungeons to the Mage College where he took up training. The anger at losing his family has never quelled, and he vows to find out what became of them and clear his parents names.
