Description
Primed the pieces and reassembled (minus the switch and emitter detail, they're really hard to get out once in place.) I will be filling and sanding the gaps followed by one final priming before painting. The model has been designed to be wrapped around a 20mm dowel rod which I will secure with epoxy. The emitter assembly will be completed separately because of the hidden areas under the shroud.Hope you like!

I had Luke's in my in basket and then removed it. It looks like balsa wood and a lot better than I pictured. I may try it out.

Where were you going to buy Luke's from?
The coloring on here is Halfords Car Body Filler Primer. It was printed in Black PLA.

Ahhh. I've bought a couple of bits off of AliExpress before - you can always find discount codes.
You don't need to pay for a Luke Saber file... just go to Thingiverse. There's loads on there for free.

Looks pretty good. I admit though that I kinda doubt you will be able can to melt yourself through solid metal doors with this. ^^

I find your lack of faith disturbing.
