Description
Precognition denotes a form of extra-sensory perception where in a person is said to perceive information about places or events through paranormal means before they happen. A related term, presentiment, refers to information about future events which is said to be perceived as emotions. These terms are considered by some to be special cases of the more general term clairvoyance. Those skeptical of the existence of precognition and other forms of ESP believe it to be the result of fraud or self-delusion and contend that selection bias is the cause of the belief that one has precognition where individuals remember the "hits" and forget the "misses". Skeptics contend that the human memory naturally has a tendency to remember coincidences more often than other non-coincidences and thus individuals tend to remember more frequently when they were correct about a future event and forget the instances when they were wrong.

I love how you take a concept into new territory and lead the viewer into seeing things in a different (and yet eminently logical) way - this is wonderful!

Great stuff, dearest
Another point to the reasoning is that we in fact learn to predict the future basis on what we learned in the past. Like "tomorrow is gonna be Wednesday because today is Thursday" but when it comes to more complicated things of course. That's why some people become good at stocka anlysis or weather predictions or how the Saturday ballgame is gonna end and so on. No gipsy-with-crystal- ball there even if it can seem that way to those not let in on the secret.

Bravo
I'd like to believe that humans have the ability one day to awaken senses like precognition, telephaty etc.... with only 90% of the brain still unused, but at the moment I'm more inclined to believe in the -"Skeptics contend that the human memory naturally has a tendency to remember coincidences more often than other non-coincidences and thus individuals tend to remember more frequently when they were correct about a future event and forget the instances when they were wrong."
