A piece I wanted to do for a while, but didn't feel too motivated.For those wondering who this is, this Latias is the mother of two of my characters, Luna and Solar.
She is the former Queen of the Sun Moon Kingdom of Musafiftia, a loving Musafiftian who adores humans.
Her motherly nature is always welcome to many, so be nice to her.
