Description
Four members of the Organisation now, still nine left.24 crossovers total so far.
Xigbar was altered in the same manner as the others, a strange power.
Xigbar, referred to as the "Freeshooter", is a senior member of the Organization who appears in Kingdom Hearts II.
His original self was named Braig.
He controls Sniper Nobodies, and in battle he uses Gun Arrows and manipulates space to teleport himself, warp his bullets, and levitate upside down.
Xigbar initially appears before Sora at Hollow Bastion near the beginning of Kingdom Hearts II, though he never takes off his hood, and compares him to Roxas.
During the player's second visit to the Land of Dragons, he transforms a dragon into a Heartless, and leaves after Sora confronts him in the Emperor's Palace, summoning his Nobodies to cover his escape.
In the World That Never Was, Xigbar confronts Sora again, confusing him by calling him Roxas and cryptically revealing his predecessors.
Xigbar fights Sora's party, and after they defeat him, he fades into the darkness, refusing to clarify to Sora the mystery of "Roxas".
His sniping ability is incredible, he'll gun you down without delay.

Okay, if anyone asks why didn't I make him a Jigglypuff, which is what everyone seems to make him, here is my reason....THEY DON'T F*^&ING MATCH UP!
Jigglypuff is a combat type pokemon who is made to take a beating and use singing and punching moves with its tiny limbs.
It inflates to get airbourne, poke it with a pointy object and it'll blow air out.
Its pink body and cute smile will either make you go "AWWWWW" or "GET IT OUT OF MY FACE!"
Xigbar is a freeshooter, he fires magic bullets that hit a long way away.
He uses an unknown power to levitate in the air, but he can't move around.
His scar and eyepatch combo makes him look tough, he is a senior Org XIII member after all.
If you put a tough guy with a pair of freaking guns together with a bright pink balloon that sings and looks cute....you get a scary looking puffball.
What the hell is wrong with these people!?

depends; do you use photoshop or some other program?
cuz on photoshop, all you have to do is make a another layer; set the opacity low;and using the black color, paint(on the shading layer) where the shadows would be.
same goes for using white, but the shine tool is better.
but if you don't know im saying check out:lucky7s76: tutorial....deep in his gallery
or if you don't have a program using layers then keep doing what your doin

Yeah, I've held many of these multi idea things in the past, but never finished them.
Reason, because I got bored of them.
Simple as that, I do from time to time draw random little pics of things.

grovyle doesn't float but i can tell it could learn bullet seed. right?

It does learn bullet seed via TM.
I also thought the leaves and long leaf on his head matched the design of Xigbar.

I can't remember what I wrote off the top of my head, I got a learning and memory disability.(seriously)
bullet seed = ammo
leaves on arm = shape of ammo on the guns
leaf on head = ponytail

The original button shows what was on the previous comment, but if it was a new one, it'll show the pic it was commented on.
That means I would have to load the page to find the comment and type it in other one.
