A backdated response to the Sultans' speech about the state of the alliance , in which Otrera is more than eager to put in her two cents on all this nonsense. Also, her husband may or may not have talked her into wearing the fancy armor he bought for her a season before. (and I also just wanted to draw her in it >.>) I worked on this off and on between staying in Houston, but now that I'm back home I was able to work and finish it up over this last week! Still not 100% on the armor from the head down- but I'll figure it out. At some point I plan to write a better literature piece (instead of one little quote like that one up there) to go along with this, too- but I'll post that separately whenever I do!
