Wow...it's been ridiculously long since I've uploaded on here. Honestly, I tried canceling my account ages ago, and was surprised I even had a picture still uploaded! Well, happy coincidence: my return to DA is a Final Fantasy VI fan art! Go figure, right?Oh right! Now for the picture's description. So I've been playing a lot of FFVI lately, and I really love the Locke/Celes dynamic. There's actually a lot of good sense in the pairing, and it's probably one of the most psychologically-developed couples in the series (ironic, considering how little dialogue they have compared to more recent and romantic games). Well, the GBA translation is extra love-y about them, so I suppose it inspired me! Anyway, this was just a bit of goofing around with my tablet, so nothing fancy.

Very nice! Beautiful colors and art style. I also like how Celes is happy...so many people portray her as frowning, when that isn't always the case (especially later on in FF6.)

My goodness, it's true! I'm guilty of drawing "brooding Celes," but I imagine that she's a much more decidedly optimistic person by the second part of the game. I've often thought of illustrating her with Cid, since I imagine she's incredibly joyful with him! Thanks for the kind words!

Ah... FF6... and those 2 are also my favorites (they're also pretty angsty/frustrating but whatever... it's pretty normal considering both of their emotional baggages).
