This is a revamped illustration of planet Yaetu from space, which will be part of the beginning portion of The Yaetuan Sagas. Yaetu is an earthlike exoplanet located roughly 8,010 light years from Earth. It is about 80 percent more massive than Earth, and has slightly more gravity. Its average temperature is slightly lower than Earth's, but it's larger mass means the planet's climate is much more stable over millions of years, not resulting in as many major fluctuations as our planet. Its most distinguishing feature is that it is one of the only worlds in the galaxy with intelligent life.

In the Teeming Universe universe, there are only about three dozen total worlds with intelligent life forms, and Yaetu is the closest one to us (the Crael, from planet Craelon are also considered intelligent, but don't count in this case as they are non-biological).
