EDIT: fixed the ankles and feet a little bit, hopefully it looks a little better now.This is a repainting, I didn't like my first attempt and never showed it here, but I put a huge amount of time in it so I tried to salvage the painting and reworked almost the whole thing.

Thats a very interesting concept that has been coloured exceptionally well. This reminds me of Majoras Masks idea of Link changing faces (and character) by wearing different masks; your piece gives a dark toybox theme to the mix due to the robot character and setting.

I definatly like this version better. The masks look really nice but the robot still has a few things that need some attention. The ankles are too high and its right foot is a tad large. I'd also make the robot a bit bigger cause the masks feel a bit big for its face. I do applaud you for continually working away at this picture. I rarely get the will power to go back and fix things.

ahhh yeah that's right, everything you've mentioned I've known about for months, I'd meant to fix the ankles and feet but certain things like that start to become unnoticeable after staring at it for so long. I'll work on that tomorrow. I knew the faces were a bit larger, it was one of the things I didn't care to correct though, it would be too much work anyway.

I knew I seen it before. I really like it. It's beautifully coloured and the concept is cleaver. Imagine if you could choose your face, then again. I kinda like mine.

At the moment I'm not planning on it but if I do I'll let you know. Coloring tutorials are difficult in my opinion because while brushes and color choice are very important, having a grasp of the objects shape and how it reflects light is even more important and that's something that I don't think I can teach.

I wouldn't expect anyone to have known this but her skin is meant to resemble candy shine, if that makes any sense. Like candy-canes have that shine to them and other candies similar. I'm not sure why I wanted it to look like that but I just go with what's in mind ^_^
