Description
Star Wars vs Voltron
Both were heroes and members of a peace keeping force (The Jedi and Voltron) but were corrupted (by the dark side of the force and quintessence) while trying to save their wife (Padme and Honerva) from death. Both were presumed dead and later returned with an empire (The Galactic Empire and The Galra Empire) to rule the galaxy alongside a very powerful hooded figure with the ability to shoot lightning from their fingertips (Palpatine and Haggar). Both also destroyed the homeworld and civilization of a main character who so happens to be a princess (Princess Leia and Princess Allura) and both desire to bring someone or something from the hero's side into theirs (Luke and the Black Lion). And finally, both get harmed beyond repair and need to be treated by the hooded figure who gives them a a new armor that serves as a life support system which also contains a helmet that conceals their face and gives them deeper, yet more robotic voice. In the end, both were defeated by their sons (Luke and Lotor) leaving their Empire shattered.
