Transformers vs Ultraman
Gigantic fallen alien heroes of their respective verses.
Belong to an extraterrestrial race of transforming space giants (Cybertronians and Ultras).
Both were once respected and esteemed members of an order of cosmic heroes that consist of members of their own race (the Thirteen Primes and the Inter Galactic Defense Force).
Participated in a conflict against a great evil to the universe where they ultimately triumphed and prevailed (Unicron and Alien Empera).
However, both would become tempted and seduced by the darkness, going rogue and committing grave acts of misconduct that would threaten to put their worlds in danger, costing them the trust of their comrades (The Fallen's fascination with destruction and investigation into the dark sciences led him to becoming Unicron's servant and attempted to destroy Primus while Ultraman Belial's pride and greed got the better of him where he attempted to steal the Plasma Spark for himself in order to satiate his lust for power).
As a result of their betrayals, both would fall from their order's graces as they were sent into exile and later imprisoned for many years before being subsequently freed where they continued to wreck havoc across the cosmos.
Made contact with a powerful, dreadful, and corruptive cosmic entity that twisted them into madness and further spiralled their descent into villainy (Unicron and Alien Reiblood).
Wield an immensely powerful and terrifying cosmic weapon at their disposal (the Requiem Blaster and the Giga Battenizer).
Both would end up forming their own villainous faction of titanic alien conquerors who seek to subjugate the universe (the Decepticons and the Belial Galactic Empire).
Both also have that heavy Satanic vibe going on with them.
Fearsome, powerful, and terrifying forces of nature embodying pure burning rage and hatred who brought nothing but chaos and devastation wherever they go, they would not stop no matter what stands in their way until their diabolical ambitions are fulfilled along with having everyone and everything in the universe destroyed and crushed beneath their heels.
