Description
"Tango" was inspired by Strictly Come Dancing or ("Dancing With the Stars" in America) even though the dancers aren't taking part this year, it was taken from their stage show "Midnight Tango" with Vincent Simone & Flavia Cacace. The romance of the dance is intense and the reference has great atmosphere.
Drawn on A3 Extra smooth Bristol Board, using Mechanical pencils 0.5 HB, B2 & B4. Graphite pencils H2 - B8, Blending sticks, BluTak & Tissues. It took around 49hrs and I have to say I've really enjoyed drawing it. It's probably been the most enjoyable drawing to date.

This is so amazing I don't even know what to say. Realistic but you can still see it's a drawing, which, to me, makes it an absolutely awesome work of art (I really don't see the point in drawing something that looks like a photo when you can take a photo instead lol).

I love the line work and detail put into this piece. All of the detail and textures make this piece come alive. The emotion portrayed is well worth the work put into it. This picture makes me smile and just looking at it prompts the music to play in my mind. Great work on the anatomy as well.
