I think Pikachu wouldn't get along very well with Angel due to Pikachu's previous experience with rabbits (or rabbit Pokemon, to be precise).

Everything in this pic looks great, the eye and ear are fine, just the rest of the shape of the head needs to be worked on, use a refrence when trying to draw, its what i did to figure out my own style
