Description
This one took some effort and a half.I decided to try making a picture entirely within Photoshop Elements, as a test of what I can do with a larger canvas and plenty of time. The style of the final image isn't what I was originally aiming for, but I decided to have fun, and run with it. I'm rather satisfied with the result. The coloring was especially fun.
I don't draw city landscapes like this very often, or vehicles, so it it was definitely a learning experience, too.

Now, I should see if I can match the quality of this picture entirely with oekaki.
As always, comments and criticism are always welcome.
I may update it if I see something that needs to be fixed.

Awesome symbols on the dragon! Awesome job catching the reflection on the buildings, though where would the wing's reflection be on the buildings? At the back maybe I think? Loving the misty looking lighting too

I think the reflection from the wings would be on the back of those buildings. The head and right hand stick foreword some, so I placed a reflections for those parts.
I remembered about that grass brush towards the end. I mostly use oekaki, so that was rather neat to use.

That is amazingly epic. I like the blue dragon, he ish cute. Course, I like the big dragon too, he is epic...Of course, the human is very awesome as well...and the car is very well done...screw it, I like everything about this picture, there's no hiding it =3

oh o0o is the first city picture i see from you, and is really cool >w<
the dragon at the background looks impressive, i specially like his reflection in the builiding next to it. The mist in the city gives it a ghostly appearance, very suitable
The position of the little dragon confused me for a moment, i tought it was the boy with a costume .w.U
The lights of the car are a bit traight, but apart from that i love your work

I don't draw city scenes often, so it was a bit of a challenge. I've been working on this one for he last few weeks. The positioning for those two was rather tough.
That was the best place for a watermark that I could find. I didn't want to mess up the details on different parts of the picture.
