Chun-Li in Street Fighter Alpha series' lookA quite belated birthday present (together with a bunch of chocolates) for a very good friend of mine, who's a big fan of Chun-Li. I wanted to draw her in her Alpha sporty look for quite a while now, so this was a good opportunity.
(I actually like the green&red combo a bit better... well, I guess that's for next year. 
) Tried to make a more interesting pose, even if it is not really particularly dynamic (though the perspective was definitely somewhat challenging.)It is kinda funny how my second pencil-colored piece in a row is a martial artist in blue clothes again (this is the previous one fav.me/d8pxicv )Β

I love the look of her mid section and legs. You gave them a great feel of volume with the coloring and shading.

The foreshortnening/bodies in perspective are difficult for me to draw, and since I was worried about the distorted body not reading visually correctly, I tried to "compensate" through color shading. Very good to hear that it worked out fine! And certainly, I need to keep practicing!
