Description
I did a quick sketch of Chicago in pen and wasn't happy with it. What can you do--it's pen?To fill some unintended space, I drew a betta fish (I have a betta named Charlie!) and threw on a watercolor wash.
Quick photo, color tweaking in photoshop, and tada! Something I'm pretty happy wtih
