I binged the Beastars anime two days ago and then I immediately went on to the manga.
I started watching it because I heard a lot but knew absolutely nothing about it. I went in blind being like ‘what’s this furry anime?’ and I finished it being like 'holy shi-’. First of all, the music fucking slaps. It had no reason to be this legendary. I love it. Secondly, the horny energy all the characters emit is unreal.
Hardest part about getting into this series is having to explain to my friends that I am in fact, actually not a furry :^) This series is really good and I highly recommend giving it a shot even if anthropomorphic animals isn’t your thing. Since we're all in quarentine anyway, try it! You’ll be surprised!

bruh mood. but i like to think of it as the world of anthropomorphic animals instead of furries. Like, the world building and plot requires them to be animals for it to be so good. And the challenges in the manga are what makes it less of 'furry' and more of a complex story with complex characters ^^
