He accidentally read some Dr.Sakaki report about nova when he came in a week before. About the suiside thing, he heard the pattern voice from her during her conversation with Dr. Sakaki before the mission starts and during their conversation before the mission starts.
It seems that interested with the story?

owh?? just a fan story I made for my OC and soma. It was occur after she absorb some of lindow's god arc cell, in the end, the bias factor which she's using is not compatible due to oracle cell mutation. On that mission, she decided to suicide herself by fighting alone with other new mutated aragami. Soma knew about her intention and was too late to stop her.
