*squeal* So adorable! It's wonderful to see a cuttlefish that actually is identifiable as a cuttlefish, rather than a squid or something.

Thanks! I worked really hard on the pattern to find a balance between cute and identifiable.

You did a great job! Not that cuttlefish aren't cute to begin with, of course. ;3
I'm definitely considering getting the pattern so that I can include a cuttlefish or two into a mobile of sea creatures that I'm working on for my work area.

Well, I obviously think you should, but I am not exactly unbiased Mobile of sea creatures?? Sounds pretty epic!!

Well, I may have to have a friend buy it and have it sent to my email instead, since I don't have PayPal. But I do not think I can resist! Just have to wait for payday. :3
I say sea creatures, but it's mostly cephalopods, both modern and extinct. And cuttlefish have always been my very favorite! I'd love to be able to keep them in aquarium, someday.

Yeah, I have a huge soft spot in my heart for Cephalopods. I have been thinking of trying to crochet a Nautilus, but it's pretty daunting.... maybe a fun project for the semester?
If you do have the friend buy it, just have him/her write a quick note to me (you can do this during the purchase process) telling me which email you want it sent to!

I still have a nautilus to do for the mobile, and I'm sort of dreading it for that very reason. I keep hoping to find some group that's doing a nautilus-along or something, to force me into it.
Will do!
