On first glance to newcomers the fantasy like architecture blended in with modern technology may look strange but at the same time others may see it as something of a marvel. Chloris does have regular seasons, Spring and Autmn tend to be more mild in temperature with rains happening in the Spring and the leaves falling in the Autumn. Summer can get very hot especially in the more Southern regions, with sunshine practically every day. Winter is the coldest time of year with the northen most regions often being affected by snow storms of varying degrees of severity.

Outside of the towns and cities however the world can be quite dangerous for those who have no idea how to handle themselves. Wild animals and monsters roam the plains and there are various caves and ruins that have their own shair of danger. Still great riches and even old artefacts hidden in the ruins are rewards for those who are brave enough to explore them.

Fun Loving-Ruby loves fun and she'll have it wherever she can find it. Be it with other people or by herself. She can't stand around being bored, she has to do something fun otherwise she'll find herself going mad. Chances are you'll end up being dragged into her fun.

A few years after their marriage they had two twins, a girl who had inherited fox features and a boy who had inherited his father's wings but no fox features. The two had decided to name their children Ruby and Bade and had planned to raise their children to become kind and caring rulers with the people's best interests at heart. When Ruby and Bade were five years old their mother disappeared, their father and the palace guards searched everywhere for her but couldn't find her anywhere. No one knew where she went, did she die and no one said anything? Was she kidnapped and whisked away to a rival kingdom? Did she have a change of heart and just left her kingdom and her family in search of a different life? No one knew for sure and as weeks went by she still wasn't found. Their father had decided with a heavy heart to stop searching for his wife and instead focused on the Kingdom that was now in his hands and his two children.

As Ruby and Bade got older it was discovered that both children had inherited the ability to shape shift, but whilst Ruby had inherited pyromancy from her father, Bade had inherited his mother's magical abilites. The two were trained by their father, guards and court mages how to fight and how to use their powers effectively. Ruby had always been the better physical fighter and was not afraid to use her fists in a fight. Bade wasn't so proficient in physical fighting but he became skilled in magic. Ruby was always the more adventurous one of the two exploring every nook and cranny of the palace and often dragging her more reluctant brother along for the ride. Though the twins often did wonder what happened to their mother but they were told to not leave the palace as it was too dangerous for them. However that didn't stop them from giving up trying to find out what happened to her.

When they reached the age of 18 Ruby couldn't take it anymore, being confined to the palace when her mother and a whole world of adventure was out there waiting. She had decided to sneak out that night and woke up Bade to convince him to go with her. After refusing he reluctantly went along mostly because Ruby refused to let him get back to sleep. The twins climbed out of Bade's bedroom window with a makeshift bedsheet rope that Ruby had made and crept around the palace grounds being mindful of the guards patrolling the parameter. Once they were safely out of the palace Ruby couldn't contain herself anymore and she started dragging Bade through the city wanting to explore everything. One of the buildings she and Bade found some very cryptic marks on one of the buildings, with some pictures of a cave. Bade thought they were just someone's idea of graffitti but Ruby believed that it was some kind of clue to their mother's whereabouts.

Ruby and Bade travelled out of the city and into the plains, Bade didn't like it at all as he had read about how dangerous it was. But Ruby was having the time of her life and told Bade to lighten up. The twins didn't even notice that they were being followed by mysterious people until they got to a nearby cave. Almost like the ones that were etched into the side of the building, Bade got a bad feeling about the cave but Ruby didn't listen instead she went further into the cave and looked around, wondering if there was another clue to where their mother was. Ruby had asked Bade to be on lookout only for Bade to be grabbed from behind and pushed into the cave chamber and approached by cloaked people. They told the twins that they were sent to find the queen's children since she had disappeared so many years ago and couldn't be found. It was revealed that they would use the twins as leverage to lure her back.

Refusing to be a kidnap victim or anyone's leverage Ruby decided to fight her way out. Bade helped and the two ran out of the cave whilst the cloaked people were busy coming to their senses. They had just about made it to the cave entrance when one of the cloaked figures made a move to grab Ruby but Bade pushed her out of the way and got grabbed instead. He told Ruby to run and to get help as he was dragged away. Ruby tried to catch up to them but they had gotten into a vehicle with Bade and drove off. Refusing to go home without her brother she followed the trail for as long as she could but she soon lost it.

Filled with despair she stopped outside of a forest and leaned on what appeared to be broken stone pillar to her and in her anger and frustration she punched it with her fist. Not realising that she had actually punched a control panel until a portal opened. Confused but curious as to where it led she decided to leap in where she met Amelia who had given her the offer of whether to become a Guardian. Though this was a great opportunity for an adventure she didn't want to do anything without her brother. She told Amelia that she would become a guardian but first she needed help to rescue her brother.

A guardian named Rasgar volunteered to help Ruby find her brother, they returned to Ruby's world through the portal. After walking in the last known direction that Ruby had they began to pick up the trail again. Soon enough they came across a camp and crept in. At the other end of the camp they saw a lone tent guarded by two men, Rasgar and Ruby distracted the guards and went inside the tent where they found Bade tied up. The two freed him and took him back to the Archives where Ruby and Bade became new Guardians.

Refusing to be a kidnap victim or anyone's leverage Ruby decided to fight her way out. Bade helped and the two ran out of the cave whilst the cloaked people were busy coming to their senses. They had just about made it to the cave entrance when one of the cloaked figures made a move to grab Ruby but Bade pushed her out of the way and got grabbed instead. He told Ruby to run and to get help as he was dragged away. Ruby tried to catch up to them but they had gotten into a vehicle with Bade and drove off. Refusing to go home without her brother she followed the trail for as long as she could but she soon lost it.

Filled with despair she stopped outside of a forest and leaned on what appeared to be broken stone pillar to her and in her anger and frustration she punched it with her fist. Not realising that she had actually punched a control panel until a portal opened. Confused but curious as to where it led she decided to leap in where she met Amelia who had given her the offer of whether to become a Guardian. Though this was a great opportunity for an adventure she didn't want to do anything without her brother. She told Amelia that she would become a guardian but first she needed help to rescue her brother.

A guardian named Rasgar volunteered to help Ruby find her brother, they returned to Ruby's world through the portal. After walking in the last known direction that Ruby had they began to pick up the trail again. Soon enough they came across a camp and crept in. At the other end of the camp they saw a lone tent guarded by two men, Rasgar and Ruby distracted the guards and went inside the tent where they found Bade tied up. The two freed him and took him back to the Archives where Ruby and Bade became new Guardians.

-Fist Fighting: Ruby is handy with her fists and has had training from an early age on how to fight. She's very skilled at close quarters combat and can hold her own against most people. She can't take down anyone who's stronger than she is and she needs full use of her hands to be able to fight.

-Fireball: Ruby can create fireballs in her hands and can manipulate their size, shape and can even make them float around her. It's still fire and is subject to the same weaknesses as fire.

-Firebreath: Ruby can breathe a jet of flames out of her mouth and she uses that as a means of getting enemies from a distance. She can't use it indefinitely as over use can hurt her throat and it is still subject to the same weaknesses as fire.

-Firefists: She can ignite her fists into flame and use it to augment fire damage into her punches. Prolonged use can damage her hands and it is subject to the same weaknesses as other forms of fire.

-Shapeshifting: As a Kitsune Ruby has the ability to shapeshift into any person, animal or object. Her most common forms are a fox form and a human form. To change into another person she can only take on their form if she has seen them before. Shapeshifting requires concentration and doesn't work so well if she's distracted.

She leapt out of bed and quickly got dressed she ran to Bade's room and dragged the covers off him making the young prince wrap his wings round himself. "Ruby what are you doing?" He asked sleepily.
