The Witches' Council - Serena, Lexi and Wendy - is debating about Pandora's bid to be "the" Halloween witch this year.I've been Chronophontia's official Halloween witch almost every year since 2007.
Fine. But are we going to give you magical powers?

Excellent idea! - Pandora could definitely use some magic, if only as a supplement to her good looks. She's sort of semi-bonded with Babby, but if there's another fairy with a personality more like Pandora's, that could result in some nice bonding.
