For #Decepticon-Nation 's 'Getting Sized Up' side-quest.Mulhall is not happy about his anchor being taken away as part of the 'no weapon' policy of the facility. Sorry buddy, but that's what you get when you swing it around like... well, a weapon.
Since Hall's still pretty new, I picture this as all this being part of a routine health exam that new recruits have to go through when they arrive on site.
"Core temperature, check.
Height, check.
Weight, check.
Okay, now we're going to have to remove all your weapons, both built-in and external."
(Skyline might be a bit too happy about just being at work, but I couldn't help myself. He's too cute. : D
