I dont mind little creepy crawlers
As long as they keep their legs attached to their bodies that is!
I used to hunt for spiders in my granddads celler...till I caught one (atleased ...attempted to) and its leg broke off.....and it still moved!!! 
My kids used to frighten me with grasshopper legs (when we still had pet reptiles that ate those) that had broken off...if you squeeze them a bit they also move...

Great shot, i love the colours and how the insects eye is staring right down the lens. The Dof is good, the plant draws you into the picture and fades around into the background, nice shot.
