I think it would just eventually absorb/consume any inanimate matter... hair, clothes, dirt, etc... while becoming "symbiotic" and eventually merging somehow with still-living beings. You wouldn't want to stay in there too long, or eventually you could no longer be rescued/separated from the plant and survive.
