Chusuke found himself with me after quitting his old job as an assistant to one of the many Nurse Joys.
Chusuke: It was weird!

Upon leaving, he discovered his perverted nature by finding a camera with some rather lewd photos of some female pokemon. From that point on, he became known as the "perverted rat", using his camera to sneak in snapshots of pokemon girls at some rather embarrassing moments. That is , however, until he met Star, Raiden's own hefty pikachu gal. After spending some time with her, Chusuke had actually fallen in love, and not in a perverted way... okay maybe it was a little perverted, you'll often see him clenched tightly to her rump.
During their adventures together, he lost his original camera and it was damaged beyond repair. He had his camera replaced, but instead of the same old perverted pictures, he now only has memories of him and his girlfriend.
