If you hit download and then copy and paste it into whatever program you use (I use Paint that comes with Windows computers) it shouldn't be pixel-y, hence why it's always one of the first things in the description! If you're using the DA Muro feature then I don't know how to help, sorry

Once it brings up the image in another window then you copy and paste it into whatever program you're using, after that it should work fine. Again, if you're using DA Muro it will not work
