Riiiiiight 'IT' won't hurt you, just who are you trying to kid?! XP I think it's more of a mad doctor as opposed to a mad nurse, because I'm pretty sure only doctors wear face masks. If you were aiming to be creepy you succeeded, but I think it could've been creepier. Overall it's good.
