... and here's Gotham's 'heavy armor' SWAT guy... once again, my thinking is that these poor bastard's equipment dates back to riot gear from the 70's, but at the same time it has a very durable, and almost 'death squad' feel to it... the small goggles hopefully take away it's 'soul', making the wearer just look like a mean-bastard shock-trooper!
...in hindsight, I should have made the weapons look older too... oh well!

The armor of this guy looks completely badass but he could also use groin and neck protection and full arm pads protection, not just elbows. But still, his death squad looks feel is awesome and badass. If you're a criminal, you can guess he didn't come for a tea party, but to beat the shit out of you or to butcher you if necessary. A pity though his equipment is from70s. I would like to see him with real dakka and some good tech gubbinz to make them really killy

Your depictions of everything having anything to do with either Gotham or Metropolis is completely and insanely stunning; I would never be able to so much as come close to topping this work or any other of yours for such a beautiful comic mythology. What else can I say, they should've hired You as not just A artist but THE Artist for all these latest Batman and Superman films because although I absolutely Love the new Batman movies, the one thing that always bothers me is them using a real life city to portray Gotham when that city itself is it's own city! Keep up your amazing work, because you're a genius! I would SO love to see your depictions of Krypton's cities and even the Source Wall!

I really like how the Gotham armor looks kind of more menacing and darker and also kinda antiquated compared to the Metropolis set, beautiful work!

Yes, Detroit would be the best comparison. These outfits and vehicles are all great- and I guess they would need their police to be paramilitary in a world of super-powered villains.
