I dream of putting things on fire from time to time... I wonder what it means; there is a lot of symbolism in fire.

I know urges... It can be terrible...
I found that painting helps a lot. Painting flames and blood helps me to relieve the urge a little bit.

I generally just image things burning and or burn cardboard in the burn pit
