I normally enjoy painting random things however I was VERY frustrated with him. I'm not sure if it was because I don't like the character or what so I just stopped working on it - this is why some things are a little off. He is supposed to be rearing, his opposite front leg is super dark to make it viable against that light sky *bangs head on table* good enoughRelated content

Hey Chuckitty, this is very cool! Your brush strokes and shading really fill out his form, and the fetlocks look so great! As far as him rearing, you were sort of limited by the canvas height but you might have been able to get a fuller effect if you had tipped the canvas so it was portrait style. That's just a thought for future pieces though, really digging this and hope you do more!

DAMN Β THIS IS awsome ! Sort of a early 20th century style impressionistic look.
I hope you do more like this. Β this style would look even cooler if he where interacting with his wife (maybe like a dance in a pastoral setting)
