Extract the rar file
Open up mmd (make sure you have mme)
Click on "load" in accessory manlupulation
Go inside the extracted colorshift folder
Click on the file in there
Click on mme
Effect mapping
Go to the second tab
Highlight your model (DO NOT UNCHECK THEM)
Click on remove effect
(that should be it.)

You have to make sure that you have MME (MikuMikuEffect) downloaded and working first, then you can load it through the the accessories tab in the Camera/Lights/Accessories section. It's a .x file, so it can't be loaded with any other section.

MME files are mostly .x files, so it means you have to load it in through the Load button in Accessories. I hope this helps!
