Description Just a compilation of some recent "stay busy" concept art with my original characters I've worked on in pchat and opencanvas 4 , they are as numbered:

1) "Double Hook" Just a concept piece wanted to get down with my character Edwin DeJesus, done in pchat re-lined in oC4.

2) "Natsumi Oyama stance study (George Foreman "Mummy")" done in pchat.

3) "War of Nerves" Mariana "La Flaca" Saldivar(red green and white attire) and Elena "Pixie" Escobar (pink and white) size each other up. Done in pchat minor fix in oC4.

4) "Seek and Destroy" Naoko Aihara stalks down a "trackstar"(slang term for a runner in boxing). Done in pchat.

5) "Pressure,Pressure!" Aya Matsui all over an opponent applying pressure and imposing herself on the retreating opponent. Done in pchat.

6) "Sweet as Sugar" Just an attempt at depicting a little ring movement (a pivot to be precise) with the character of Raylene "Sugar" Robbins. Done in pchat.

7) and last but not least "First Move" a follow up to "War of Nerves" Just alittle action shot where I messed with the perspective abit. Done in pchat (moused).

Hope ya'll like 'em.

Gracias don Chu

Really like #3.

Just a quick question on "trackster," when you say they're a runner in boxing, do you mean like how quick and agile they are with their movements and footwork within the ring ? Or something like how they quickly dash in and out? Or is it something alltogether? I ask this since a boxing character of my own might be a "trackster" and thought it'd be good info to know.

well in refrence to the pic I used the term "trackstar" as a negative connotation, while I can appreciate skilled and agile movement as much as the next guy (quite fond of it actually), and dictating distance and ring geography are very important and fudamental skills in the art of boxing, there are some fighters that just flat out runaway and refuse to engage and stink out the joint fighting "not to lose" as opposed to "figting to win". The character you're describing does seem like an agile stylist tho'.

Gah! Okay, heh, didn't think it was used as a negative term!
But yeah, the fighter I was describing is a gal who uses her great agile and speed to create awkwards angles and positions for her opponents.
Thanks for the info though. I always learn new stuff when checking out your stuff.
