"Joker decides to take advantage of a rare lull in the hard work of saving the galaxy, and take 40 winks."He entrusts the ship's Artificial Intelligence, EDI, to pilot in his absence, and it assures him that it will awaken him if he is needed.
"Unknown to Joker, EDI has been developing a strong sense of companionship with this singular human she spends so much of her time with.
"In secret, EDI constructed a mech armature which she can control remotely, in order to walk and see as a human would.
"She enters Joker's room while he is asleep, and wonders to herself if her feelings of companionship are developing into something deeper."

It would make sense for her to have an avatar like the Virtual Intelligence ones you see at the Citadel; but maybe the makers thought that would look too much like Cortana (from Halo).
Still, I wouldn't mind seeing it myself

Well Gene Rottenberry's Andromeda has a similar set up with the AI. Granted it tends to argue with itself. But authors/creators borrow ideas from each other all the time. So it they changed the end product so it differs quite significantly from other series - they'd be able to pull it off.

Although I'm no fan fiction writer, I have a basic idea for a 'story' around this image.
Basically, Joker becomes friends with one of the 'sensor station' operators (the seats that lead to the cockpit), and they develop a relationship.
SPOILER: During the suicide mission she is one of the people who is kidnapped, and Shepard and the crew see her in one of the pods, seemingly dissolved by the 'nanites'.
When they walk away, a bloody, terminator like body breaks out of the pod and fights its way back to the Normandy to be with Joker again (of course, its EDI
I could probably pull off that final scene in poser, although it wouldn't be at all sexy (got the textures to produce a 'damaged terminator' look).

that be interesting, great and funny in ways. I do roleplay, I have as well many ideas for those characters and mine. If I was very bored, I could create and write something up I suppose.Hopefully when I go back to school I can and I hope I do. Keep up the great works and art. I would love to see more Mass Effect, Oh I found some Mass Effect things as well but not many though.

I also play role playing games myself, "Dungeons and Dragons" being the one I started with
I'm really not much into fan fiction myself (erotic or otherwise), I'm far more visually oriented
I will be doing more M.E. images in the future, I plan on doing my own "Subject Zero" image as well as one of my own Female Shepard (I think the female action hero is sexier anyway

But, as usual with everything I do, I didn't make the armature I used; its a product made by someone else.
I am proud of the tweaking I made to the 'skin' texture to make it look more like a holographic projection, though (originally it was metallic with neon-blue glow around the edge of each 'plate').

All thanks to the magazine go to Zakuman; although you can buy a issue of Fornax in the game (although its cover has a Hanar alien in a 'sexy' pose [can an intelligent Jellyfish be sexy? ^_^]).

It seems like its a common consensus among fans that EDI and Joker have something going on. And Joker does like porn, you can hear him watching that in the game.

As to the Robot: I like it myself; although I changed its 'skin' a bit. Originally it was a reflective metallic look with a neon-blue glow around each edge, I made it a transparent blue instead to suggest that it was a hologram formed around the skeleton-like armature beneath.
On Joker and EDI: Joker keeps jokingly referring to her as "Mom", and I think they at least developed a friendship after all is said and done.
Seeing as how EDI has a female personality, it isn't unreasonable to think that something deeper could develop between them (at least, as far as EDI may be concerned).
Oh, and Joker is watching porn at some point in the game? Missed that in the first play through, although I'll keep my eye/ear out for it for the second (I'm sure its nothing too out there, though

A realy cool idea and it looks like something out of the game, a lot of the machines and tech have that style.
Yeah they are grudgingly friends but it's hard to not get ideas about it.
Stay in the cockpit for a while withouth talking to anyone and listen. Nothing realy naughty but still fun.

Funny thing about that;
I was repositioning her hand using the 'wire frame' view to better see where it was [it was intersecting the sheet otherwise].
When I went back to textured view I saw where her hand was,, and decided to leave it there, showing the focus of her 'growing interests' so to speak

EDI is from the game Mass Effect 2; she is the Artifical Intelligence that controls some of the functions of the ship the main character and the crew are on (even though AIs are illegal).
