wHEEZES I've been at this child for more than 10 hours straight-- bless jake for staying by me this long despite technical issues;;;

Originally this design was suppose to be a regular sketch adopt until I realized that I like the way his design went in which
I unintentionally joked about a closed species concept around it and ended up making this one the first design for it
I have the brief summary of it and I will add more to it + features on a journal soon until the batch of acrylics are done

it's like almost 3 am right now;;;;; Also, I was listening to Okami OST the entire time so it is inspired by it ;; 7 ;; )

KamiCel

Children in variety of ages, born on an invisible to the naked eye world, dedicated to serving the gods of earth and other worlds.
They hold certain powers such as happiness, fortune, luck and many more to those in need. These children are divided up by moon and sun factions in which they are dedicated to a certain zodiac god. Their main purpose is to spread positive emotions across the lands and to help bring prayers to their gods in order to keep them alive.

But as time progressed, less people thought about them so their spiritual essence are also disappearing as well. And as the zodiacs are on the brink of death, so are the KamiCel children as until they have fulfilled their mission, they are completely reliant to their god.

So these children's goal, are to help bring back the belief to the kami-samas to ensure that the gods continue to exist.

But the god's wish are to also allow these children to mature and become CelSeek, powerful entities, serving to protect the darkness from raiding their lands. Despite their powers slowly dwindling, they all still wish to watch all the KamiCels, to understand what the importance of life really is and to understand how to live like a living being.

KamiCel Purpose

To bring happiness, belief to their god, to fill their scroll by names they have changed, and to live like actual being.

Appearance

KamiCel are almost 100% found wearing half traditional Japanese clothing and half modern clothes. They always try the newest fashion trends or anything that are to their liking. They all must wear one Japanese clothing garment as it is almost like their uniform in a way. And some part of their clothing must show a symbolism to their division and god. KamiCel also have a white hair streak plus face and body markings. Normal living beings can't see these markings unless they share a pact with one another as partner (lovers, strong friendship etc,)

Animal Form

Sometimes it's easier to attract younger kids in these forms. They're simplistic and their markings are only seen by children and those with strong magic. Normal humans and those with no magic adults see these creatures as normal animals. The markings must show their division some where on their body. Not necessarily need to be the same as normal appearance.

KamiCel Powers

Each KamiCel have a singular power, such as luck and fortunate etc no matter the division. Rarer KamiCel have a more unique power in comparison to the common ones such as messages from the dead etc. But they must not abuse the power or else these KamiCel, who used up too fast, end up becoming corrupted KamiCel where they are over taken by greed and go against their god.

Division Zodiacs

Day Zodiacs are more comfortable in the day while moon ones are comfortable in the night. They can still interact each other but they will have troubles or sensitivity in the other time zones. Sun Zodiacs are horse, goat, monkey, roaster, dog, and pig. Moon Zodiacs are rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, and snake. The difference between the divisions are that the sun KamiCels are often short haired while moon KamiCels have longer hair. And each power work best in their assigned division. Each KamiCel's division is determined on what time they are born on the galaxy world while the god choose who will fall under who.
